The Filipino Community in Atlanta, your community, our
community---a RESPONSIBLE PARTNERSHIP

Atlanta today, known as the New South and the
destination of new immigrants is also home to a growing
population of Filipinos.

It is a privilege to welcome our new comers by way of
sharing with them important and perhaps key information
and resources that will help them adjust into their new
"HOME".  And for our neighbors and visitors, it is our
mission to provide them the uniquely Filipino Atlanta
hospitality, the most current information that will help
them gain deeper understanding and appreciation of the
community we live in.

Today, more than ever before, there are a lot of creative
ways that "we" can do to bring about positive and
responsible change.  That is why we strongly encourage
YOU to take part in the action, getting involved and
participating in church, civic as well as productive and
beneficial social networking activities our community
offers.

With the Newcomer's Orientation, the Year End events,
in partnership with the Philippine Honorary Consulate in
Atlanta and key volunteer professionals in the business
and non profit sector, we help promote the importance
of community building, networking, empowerment,
continuing education and cultural awareness programs.

Our community values the spirit of voluntarism and
responsible leadership.  We need you to partner with us
for a better future, defining who we are as the Filipinos of
Atlanta.  ----
